When I visit my OpenVPN config directory using the file explorer in windows (explorer.exe), II can see all of the configs, select all that I want to delete, and then I am told I need administrative controls to delete them, which I grant, and then the files are deleted, and OpenVPN GUI no longer lists them as available config.

Basically if you run multiple OpenVPN servers in your environment you probably need your OpenVPN Connect Client to be able to handle multiple profiles. This isn’t enabled out of the box for the client software. A little googling though and I came across this article:

OpenVPN allow switching servers, but you usually have to visit the servers WebUI portal to make this happen (true time consuming and major inconvenience… for me at least!)
